We are lucky that she lives locally and will be joining us in Ipswich to share her experience in a presentation giving examples of what we can look for when working with people.
  2. Bereavement – what this means, how we cope and how we can support others. Illy Underwood from CRUSE will talk about what bereavement involves, the variety of coping techniques people use, stages of grieving, how we can support people through this pain and the services CRUSE has to offer.
