The Bach Centre offers a free information and advice service on anything to do with the history, philosophy and general use of Dr Bach’s system, including questions about dosage and remedy indications. If you have a question we can help with call 01491 834678 or drop in at the Centre any time between 10am and 3.30pm Monday to Friday.
We also offer a dedicated phone line for people who want personal help selecting remedies. Our consultation service is manned by members of the Bach Centre team, and is available any time between 9.30 am and 4.00pm, Monday to Friday.

Alternatively you can opt for a personal consultation in Dr Bach’s own consulting room. Face-to-face consultations typically last up to an hour, and must be booked in advance. Call the Consultation Line to make an appointment.
Once you know which remedies you need – whether or not you book a consultation – we can supply hand-mixed treatment bottles by mail order or to personal callers. Again, call the Consultation Line for more information.
All charges include VAT at 17.5%. No charge for postage to UK addresses. Postage to other countries at cost.
Remember too that you can consult a Bach Foundation Registered Practitioner for help. BFRPs are active in more than forty countries around the world, and all work to the Bach Centre's strict Code of Practice.
