English BFRP launches 'Speaking Back'

Speaking Back4th May 2011

This month – May 2011 – Paula Crabtree, a Bach Foundation Registered Practitioner in the UK, launches a personal development training organisation called Speaking Back, which focuses on holistic thinking as a tool to raise awareness and enhance well-being.

Coordinator of the Bach International Education Programme (BIEP) in Spain from 1995 to 2003, Paula is a veteran practitioner. Drawing on her professional training experience and her personal growth process she has created a holistic communication model, QF7, which will be at the heart of the Speaking Back programmes.

QF7 takes the seven groups of emotions identified by Dr Bach as generic, intrinsic human motivators, and weaves together the latest findings of scientific research with ancient spiritual truths. 'The model is the result of 15 years' research into human motivation,' says Paula. 'I believe it gives profound insights into our intellectual and spiritual evolution.'

Although QF7 involves ideas from many different systems, Paula has been careful to respect the integrity of Dr. Bach’s work as a complete system.

'Simple is best when it comes to using Dr. Bach’s flower essences,' she says. 'QF7 isn't a new selection method, but a way of developing holistic thinking processes and growing awareness. It deals with emotions, attitudes and beliefs and how they impact on the way we see ourselves and the world around us.'

More information on the programmes can be found on the Speaking Back website, www.speaking-back.com.
