CPD online
BFRPs must complete a continuing professional development form to appear on the Bach Centre's referral lists.
The quickest way to get CPD to us is to use the online forms. Just type your responses in, click Submit and it's done. Online forms are available in the following languages:
Printed forms
Alternatively you can print out a form to fill in later. Click the language you want and the file will open on your computer.
The forms are in .pdf format. To view and print them you will need to have Adobe Acrobat reader installed.
Send your completed printed form to whoever collects your registration renewal fees; or send direct to the Bach Centre.
