Coping with Challenging Clients - Managing Challenging Consultations

E1CEvent leader and teacher: Tessa Jordan BFRP

Next runs in London, UK, Friday 8th November 2013

This one-day workshop will give practitioners an opportunity to review how they manage challenges in their practice. Through exercises and case studies you will share ideas and experiences, reflect on ways to develop your skills and explore how to clarify expectations – both on the practitioner and client side. You will deepen your understanding of working with the remedies and the dynamic of the consultation, as well as exploring Level 3 practice issues.

The workshop is interactive and all practitioners are welcome. Everyone has experience to share, whether you are a newly-registered or ‘veteran’ practitioner.

  • Venue: Crowne Plaza Hotel, London Docklands, close to the Royal Victoria Dock station on the Dockland Light Railway and with some parking available
  • The day will run from 10 am to 4.30 pm and the cost is £100, which covers all drinks and refreshments, including a two course lunch and a Bach Centre Approved Continuing Education Certificate (BFRPs and Level 3 students/graduates only)
  • Contact Tessa for more information
