Welcome to the Bach Centre’s New Website

As you may know through our Instagram page @theBachCentre, and from our recent presentation at the Bach Practitioners Conference, or even from word of mouth, a change has been on the horizon and we can now finally introduce you all to our brand new website! Over the years we have been gathering lots of feedback from users, staff and practitioners on how we can make our website better and have taken all this on board to design and create a new website that we believe meets many of your needs and injects a whole new lease of life into our site. The new website has a much more user-friendly experience that now allows you to find information much quicker and allows us to engage with our users more easily. With many new features, an accessible layout, easier shipping, and a friendly on-screen chat service, we hope that you never have to get lost again!

Being user friendly

We have carefully designed our pages and drop-down menus so that it is easily recognisable and understandable. The website’s new pages have a larger font size to help with readability and are integrated with lots more pictures to allow you to feel a sense of what the Bach Centre is like for yourself.

An easier way to pay

If you decide to make payment through our online shop, you can now have your delivery information stored on your account so that it makes the second time payment much easier. All you need to do when you pay is to click the button for your address to be remembered, then if you come back to our store a second time your address is ready for you to use without you needing to type it back in again. This allows for much faster checkout and takes away any inconvenience.

We also have an automated confirmation email that is sent to you when you pay to allow you to know that we have received payment, that your order is being prepared and will be with you shortly.

BFRP Area

Coming very soon in our next update is the BFRP Area! For now, practitioners will be directed to the old BFRP zone, so please be patient with us while we finalise everything.

If you would like to access the existing BFRP zone from the new website then the access is now at the top right corner of any page and appears as a link icon, please click through this link and you will be redirected.

Our practitioners are very important to us and so we want to give you the best that we can offer, therefore watch this space to be the first to see when a new post is out and when the update is live! If you sign up to the mailing list you will be notified through email.

To sign up for our mailing list, see the link to the right of this page.

Registration payments

There is now an automated email service that reminds Practitioners when their registration is up for renewal and so you never have to worry about missing it. All you need to do is follow the link in our email to complete the renewal form, and stay on our Bach Centre database.

Better shipping

Our shipping has changed hands and we now use DPD for all UK and overseas orders. This means that you’ll be able to track your order wherever it may be around the world and your package will have its own designated driver who will send you text updates about your order, right up to your door. We believe DPD to have a much more customer-friendly policy and a faster turnover time, which allows you to get your parcel much sooner.

Our new chat feature allows you to be able to ask us any questions you may have at just a click of a button. Just type a message into our online chat and a member of the Bach Centre team will get back to you as quickly as possible. We hope that this new feature will allow for quicker problem solving and customer service so that you can get on with your search with as little inconvenience as possible. Our chat will run from 11:00 till 2:00 and is English speaking only. If you need to ask us a question in your own language then please email us at Centuary@bachcentre.com and we’ll be happy to help. Please know that this is not an advice line and so if you require a consultation then please contact a practitioner.

Time to explore

We hope that you enjoy the new Bach Centre website and we look forward to interacting with you in this new online space!
