Education in South and Central America

Peru13th March 2012

Bach Centre-approved education is available all over Central and South America, and courses run everywhere from Argentina and Chile in the south to Mexico in the north.

One of the newer countries to host Bach Centre-approved
courses is Peru.

PeruBIEP - the Bach International Education Programme - ran its first course there in 2010; two years later it is well established, and more teachers are involved.

The photos here are from a course that ran there just last month.

PeruThe teacher was Odette Velez Valcarcel BFRP, who joined the Register in 2007 and has quickly progressed to teaching approved courses.

Feedback from one of her students gives a glimpse of what people get from Level 1 courses, not just in Peru, but world-wide:

Peru"A thousand thanks for the care and dedication invested in each moment shared on the learning path," the student wrote.

"For us this is the start of a friendship, and the start of helping others."

"Mil gracias por el cariño y la dedicación puesta en cada momento compartido en el camino del aprendizaje. Para nosotros un comienzo de amistad y del servicio al prójimo."

Peru2012 dates for courses throughout the region can be found online - but we recommend you contact local organisers for up-to-date information as there may be courses that have not been listed yet.
